Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of SerpPal (serppal.com), an online service operated by Fimuro, Dhaka, Bangladesh ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using SerpPal you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Your account

You need an account to use most of SerpPal. Give us accurate information, keep your password safe and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan.

2. The service

SerpPal analyzes public search results and web pages, scores content, and uses AI models to write, rewrite and check text. Search data, AI output, AI detection scores and content scores are estimates. They help you decide; they do not guarantee rankings, traffic or that a text will or will not be seen as AI-written by any other tool.

We work to keep SerpPal available and accurate, but we may change, add or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

3. Plans, payments and renewals

• Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. Taxes may be added where required.
• Card payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for those purchases. Payments in Bangladesh can be made through EPS in Bangladeshi taka at the rate shown before you pay.
• Card plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• EPS payments buy one month or one year of access and do not renew automatically.
• Monthly limits (analyses, AI words, keyword plans) reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused limits do not carry over.
• When a paid period ends without renewal, your account moves to the free plan. Your projects and articles are kept.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

4. Your content

You own the content you write or create with SerpPal, including AI output generated for you, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. We do not use your private articles to train AI models.

You are responsible for what you publish. Check AI output for accuracy before you use it, and make sure your content does not infringe anyone's rights.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use SerpPal to break the law, to create spam, malware, hate speech or content that harms children, to harass anyone, to infringe intellectual property, or to try to break, overload, scrape or resell the service. Do not share one account between several people unless your plan includes team members. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Third-party services

SerpPal relies on third parties such as search data providers, AI model providers, payment processors and hosting. Their services are covered by their own terms. Connections you make, such as WordPress, are used only for the actions you ask for.

7. Limitation of liability

SerpPal is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or rankings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending the service

You can stop using SerpPal and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using SerpPal after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you other rights. Questions: [email protected].
