Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information SerpPal (operated by Fimuro, Dhaka, Bangladesh) collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and collect only what we need to run the service.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and an encrypted (hashed) password.
• Your work: projects, keywords, articles, chats and settings you save in SerpPal.
• Usage: how many analyses and AI words you use, sign-in times and basic technical logs such as IP address and browser, used for security and to keep the service running.
• Payments: the plan, amount, date and status of your payments. Card details are handled by Dodo Payments and EPS payment details by EPS; we never see or store your full card or mobile wallet details.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form or email.

How we use it

• To provide SerpPal: run analyses, generate and check text, save your work.
• To process payments and manage your plan.
• To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse.
• To answer your questions and send important service emails.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the product is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private articles or chats to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run SerpPal, and only what they need: hosting providers, search data providers (we send keywords, not your personal details), AI model providers (we send the text needed to complete your request), and payment processors (Dodo Payments and EPS). We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Free AI detector

Text you paste into the public AI detector is analyzed on our server and discarded right away. It is not stored.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser may also store small preferences, such as light or dark mode.

How long we keep data

We keep your account and work while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.

Your rights

You can see and edit most of your data in the app. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it by emailing [email protected].

Security

Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and access to our systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.

Children

SerpPal is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
